wilde assembly.
your marketing wingwoman.
soul + purpose. the two magic words.
I believe that every business that was started with purpose and intent, has a story to tell.
Those soul-led businesses that were started because of a burning desire or an innate feeling that this is where you’re meant to be and everything you are meant to be doing.
Those businesses that have underlying reason or cause for their existence, and were built on pure passion.
Those are the businesses I love working with and those are the businesses that have magic lurking inside.
No matter the similarities, no two brands are the same and that perhaps is my favourite part.
start your wilde journey here.
Like me, you want to make a difference in the world. You have something to offer, built on a passion from within, that you want to share with as many people as possible.
But you can’t do everything on your own.
That is where I come in.
To become an extension of your business and give you the marketing support that works for your individual business.
So that you can focus on the parts of your business that you know best – whether that be sales, production, admin, or simply giving you more time to enjoy life.

emma. founder of wilde assembly. brand lover. marketing devotee.
one of my favourite compliments I have ever received came from the owner of a very reputable creative agency that paid homage to my ‘unparalleled sense of brand’.
despite having 10+ years in the business, and a Masters in Marketing (finished with excellence – yes I had to tell someone about that!), I think this sense of brand is more innate within me than something I specifically learned. For me, it comes down to having a genuine and heartfelt curiosity for small businesses, the people behind them, and what that fire inside these regular people with big dreams looks like.
alongside that, my many years in franchising, and franchise-esque structures, has given me a very emotive understanding of small businesses. Working in the head offices that led the franchisees, I really noticed that the two biggest marketing challenges for small businesses were time and strategic insight. Seeing firsthand that these people were the absolute driving force behind the day to day operations of the small business, I became really passionate about closing this gap with small business owners and their marketing.
however leading as their brand manager, I also saw the importance of adhering to brand because brand paints the ultimate picture of who you and your small business are.
it is with all of that experience and learnings that wilde assembly was born.
wilde assembly is a place for spirited and driven entrepreneurs to get the brand and marketing support they need to share their dream with the world.
